She came prepared with her own wedding-day emergency kit—something I didn’t realize the value of until it saved the day multiple times. From reinforcing my bustle (more than once!), lint-rolling my husband’s jacket before photos, to literally sewing a groomsman’s ripped pants —Raquel handled it all effortlessly. You would never have known anything went wrong, because the entire day felt flawless. She has an incredible intuition—knowing exactly when to give us space to enjoy our guests and dance, and when to step in with support (whether it was another bustle fix or a quick heel-to-slipper change later in the night). Raquel doesn’t just guide you through planning and execute the day perfectly—she becomes fully invested in your wedding. She celebrates it with you, and even relives it when your photos and videos arrive, as if it were her own! Hiring Raquel was hands-down one of the best decisions we made, and we truly owe the seamlessness and joy of our day to her!

We just got married on Nov 1st and the day/night was absolutely seamless thanks to RS Event Co. Everything went perfectly and it was truly one of the most wonderful days of my life. When I first started planning our wedding I didn’t think I would need a day-of wedding coordinator- until the months got closer and I realized how much work would actually go into making the day flow the way I envisioned it. We had heard of Raquel through a family friend, so I decided to give her a call. Raquel was personable, proactive and thought of everything I never even thought to consider. She helped us maneuver the months leading to our special day, checking in often and answering every random text. Whatever hiccups there might have been the day-of my husband and I didn’t notice because she was on top of even the smallest detail. We adored working with Raquel and her team. Our wedding was an absolute blast, which I owe to RS Event Co ensuring our vision was exactly what we wanted it to be. My only regret is not calling her sooner!!!!!!

From the moment my (now) husband and I met Raquel, we knew she was the right person to help us make our dream wedding happen. She is extremely responsive (near instant text replies!! I could never!), open minded and willing to brainstorm, but also an important (yet patient) force in guiding important decision making and keep everyone on task / deadline. Best of all? Raquel is such a wonderful human being, that over the course of the year we became genuine friends. She CARES, and I think that's one of the most incredible things about her (aside from the very obvious talent she has for planning and coordinating weddings).

I highly recommend Raquel and the RS Event Co team! As a wedding vendor myself I appreciate the attention to detail, both leading up the wedding day, day of and after. Raquel went above and beyond making sure that not only the couple and guests had everything they needed but she also took care of the vendor team too. Raquel was always there before I even needed to ask and I appreciate her quick thinking and willingness to offer help for anything (including holding umbrellas!) After seeing Raquel in action at my daughter's wedding last year, it was a no-brainer to request her services this year for a baby shower! She dove into the task with gusto, pulling together inspiration that helped us plan. Raquel met with us to understand our ideas and coordinated with the venue, florist, and caterers! Leaving no stone unturned, Raquel thought of everything. She created a floor plan that the venue had never utilized before, and it has become the new standard plan to establish a great flow for parties. She kept us on pace and put together fantastic decorations. Without a doubt, Raquel was the key to the shower's success. On the day of the shower, she arrived early and made sure everything was set up. Throughout the party, she made sure the food and drink tables were replenished and then quickly and efficiently cleaned up once we were done. We'll definitely be using her again in the future.

I worked with Raquel for a wedding on 9/30/23! I was the DJ for the wedding and Raquel was the event planner! From the first discussions I had with her I could see how professional, organized, and friendly she was! On the day of the wedding we worked together seamlessly to create an awesome experience for our couple!
